FILL OUT INFO FOR SIGN UPS - PLEASE READ!

Guys, just a reminder that you need to make sure to fill out your sign up information completely BEFORE the exchange starts. I've had to send out way too many reminders lately to do this.

Also, please remember that different info might be needed in each exchange, so take the time to read what info I need from you and then put exactly that.

If you are going to leave your information blank so you can figure out what you want to put there, that is fine. But ONLY if you remember to fill it out before the exchange starts! If you leave it blank, I suggest leaving yourself a note somewhere to complete the info by X date so that I do not have to contact you to get the info.

Please be mindful of this everyone, it saves me a lot of time when I don't have to chase down the information that should be there already, thank you!

Agreed. I've been messaging with people left and right lately with sign-up info reminders and questions about broken links.

My policy, as described in the Rules, is to contact people whose sign-ups aren't filled in a day or two before I send out assignments. If a person still hasn't updated or contacted me before the start date, they are excluded from the exchange. PLEASE, when you sign up and write "TBA," be aware of the dates and remember to come back and update in order to be included in the exchange. It is your responsibility to be aware of your proposed commitment.

I know some people have been switching websites lately, too. Please remember to update any sign-ups with the new character links as needed (or contact me with the new info so I can update any locked sign-ups). Thanks!
